Meditate (verb)

contemplate, think, consider, ponder, reflect, muse,

deliberate, ruminate, brood, pray, cogitate

Synopsis:

Holistic mindfulness exercise through guided visualization and improvisational stretching.

Bring a sitting pillow, towel or mat if you like. Floor and chair sitting available.
