For some it's early. For others it's late. For those of you it's just right, join me for a unique and worthwhile body mind integrative approach to being in your right mind. And left too. Holistically.


Meditate (verb)
contemplate, think, consider, ponder, reflect, muse,

deliberate, ruminate, brood, pray, cogitate


Synopsis:

Holistic mindfulness exercise through guided visualization and improvisational stretching.


Exercise:
- Somatic connection
- Conscious awareness
- Directive imagination
- Playful presence
- Chakra empowerment
- Sublime adventure

- Integration

Bring a sitting pillow, towel or mat if you like. Floor and chair sitting available.
